When you come to see us for the first time, we’ll make every effort to get to know you as a person as well as learn about your dental health. You’ll be greeted at the door by one of our staff, and soon you’ll be in a treatment room talking to Dr. Otero. His care philosophy becomes apparent once you meet him, as Otero focuses on his patients. He believes in always treating the first concern of the patient first, ensuring that the patient in the chair is and feels like the most important person in the office. That is because we feel here that a happy patient is the best thing for everybody involved.
Many practices offer to let you download their patient forms so you can fill them out at home. As convenient as this might seem, many patients end up forgetting to bring them and just have to fill them out again. With Dr. Otero, you can fill out all of your patient forms right here electronically. They’ll go directly to our office, and you’ll be able to fly through your appointment even faster.
Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. We’ll work with you and your insurance provider to make sure you understand how to use your benefits.
The participating providers we accept at the office are Delta Dental, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, and United Concordia. For all other insurance non-participating provider except HMO and most state plans, please call ahead with policy info so that we can verify your policy!
